About Me

I have completed a PG diploma in Humanistic Psychotherapeutic Counselling.  I believe that counselling can be hugely beneficial in helping another cope and overcome distress.

I am a registered member of the industry's professional body the BACP. I work in accordance with the BACP's ethical framework. Areas I work with include:

 Anxiety, Depression, Bereavement, Relationship Problems, Self Harm.

I have considerable experience of working with those who have experienced pregnancy loss.

I work with couples and individuals. During the Covid 19 crisis I am offering online and telephone counselling.
