About Me

I believe that counselling can be hugely beneficial in helping another cope and overcome distress.

I am a registered member of the BACP and the NCPS. I work in accordance with the ethical framework of both. Areas I work with include:

Anxiety, Depression, Bereavement, Relationship Problems, Self Harm.

​

My special area of understanding is working with those who have experienced pregnancy and baby loss. I am a member of BICA, the British Association of Fertility Counselling, and work to support those who are going through the IVF process.

​

I work with individuals and couples. I work online and face to face in Hove and in Hurstpierpoint, West Sussex.

​

I have a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling, awarded by Brighton University in 2016.
