About Me

I believe that counselling can be hugely beneficial in helping another cope and overcome distress.

I am a registered member of the industry's professional body the BACP. I work in accordance with the BACP's ethical framework. Areas I work with include:

Anxiety, Depression, Bereavement, Relationship Problems, Self Harm.

I have considerable experience of working with those who have experienced pregnancy loss.

I work with individuals and couples. I work online and face to face in Hove.

​

I have a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling, awarded by Brighton University in 2016.
